The best restaurants in Manchester- and where to find them

We went to all the most popular places in Manchester, so you don't have  to. These are the ones that impressed us the most from boujee, to buffets on a budget.

After conducting a poll on popular places to eat, we concluded the top 5 are:

1. The Laureate

2. Spike

3. The Camel's Hump

4. Wet Dog

5. After Effect

'After Effects' was voted best for food quality, but service and the expensive drinks pull its' placement down to 5th. Then in fourth place, 'Wet Dog' had best service; as one fan said, "staff are lovely, always smiling and happy to help". 3rd place, and most popular for atmosphere, was The Camel's Hump, however it was too pricey. It was tight between number 2 and the top spot, and just missing out was 'Spike'. Finally, our winner was 'The Laureate' ; most fairly priced, and excellent quality food and drink.
